 NOSTALGIE launches its fourth web radio station
NOSTALGIE DANCE COMING TO NOSTALGIE.FR
THURSDAY 1ST FEBRUARY
In an age of new radio listening devices and new technologies, NOSTALGIE listeners have from July 2006 enjoyed a choice of three web radio stations: NOSTALGIE ROCK LEGEND, NOSTALGIE CLASSIQUES 80 and NOSTALGIE BRITISH AND AMERICAN LEGEND. Today NOSTALGIE follows up with the launch of a new broadband web radio station on www.nostalgie.fr.
Tuned in to the wishes of its listeners and to the latest consumption scenarios, NOSTALGIE offers Internet users a new and unforgettable opportunity to experience or relive some of the music's greatest decades:

Rediscover the best of DISCO and FUNK on this site, dedicated to the hits that continue to fire up dance floors around the world.
Travel back to the '70s and '80s with the great DISCO and FUNK legends: Imagination, Michael Jackson, Kool & the Gang, Cerrone, Barry White, Boney M...NOSTALGIE DANCE, 100% DISCO FUNK!
The format inspired the creation of a kind of juke box in the form of a mini site, displaying the title of the track currently playing, the name of the artist and the last five songs played. Surfers visiting www.nostalgie.fr can purchase songs online. They can also view the studios of their favourite station 24/7 via the webcam, take part in the forums, enter online contests to win a varierty of prizes and discover the world of Nostalgie.
To celebrate the launch of the new web radio station, Nostalgie invites listeners to tune in to Happy Days on Friday 2nd February between 6.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. THE MORNING TEAM WILL BE INTERVIEWING CERRONE, ONE OF THE PIONEERS OF THE DISCO MOVEMENT, AND SHEILA, WHO LIVED IT UP WORKING WITH THE AMERICAN MEMBERS OF THE GROUP CHIC.
This special programme will be followed by NOSTALGIE DANCE weekend on the 3rd and 4th February, playing a selection of the best in disco and funk all weekend long!
