NRJ Group : Jean-Pierre Trélat appointed Deputy CEO
After 11 years with NRJ, having accompanied the Group through many different stages in its growth, CEO and Board member Philippe BOINDRIEUX has decided to leave the company to pursue outside opportunities. He has stepped down from his duties and will leave the Group on the 31st October.

Chairman of the Board Marc PALLAIN has thanked Philippe BOINDRIEUX for his hard work for the company, and has appointed Jean-Pierre TRELAT Deputy CEO.
M. TRELAT will chiefly be responsible for overseeing the Group's administrative and financial services.

A graduate from ESCP business school, Jean-Pierre TRELAT most notably served as NRJ Group Administrative and Financial Manager from 1995 to 2001. Having left at this time to work as a consultant, he returned to NRJ Group in February 2006 as liaison officer to the Chairman of the Board.
