With its four radio stations ( NRJ , NOSTALGIE , CHERIE FM et RIRE & CHANSONS ), the NRJ group can draw on cutting-edge radio know-how, abundant creativity and innovative medial tools.
These different factors have enabled the company to enjoy dynamic growth, which has promoted NRJ to the status of major player in the radio sector. To continue to grow in this way and to enable the Group to remain the standard of comparison in the radio sector and an essential player in the Communication sector, the Group can draw on human capital comprising 1,700 staff.
The NRJ Group wishes to promote the development of the values that are the basis of its success, i.e. creativity, responsiveness and a dynamic approach. Human Resources must therefore be a vehicle of success both for the company and its staff.
The Human Resources policy devised within the NRJ Group is intended, in particular, to enable its staff to develop within the various Group organisations, while at the same time taking account of company performance and the need to operate in a highly competitive environment.
The aim of Human Resources Management is to combine the human factors while creating synergies around shared values and common strategies to focus everyone in the company on ambitious targets.
Its sales team have expertise far exceeding sales and negotiation techniques and work throughout France, and by drawing on this expertise, the Group is becoming a true communication consultant for each of its customers, Creativity is encouraged by enabling each staff member to develop his/her artistic abilities and talents.
As hothouses for talent, NRJ Sales Academy and Radio NRJ School enable high-potential staff to adopt the values of the Group and grow with the company. NRJ has set itself the goal of finding, keeping and developing talent through an ambitious skills development strategy.
