Refocus on radio, TV and Internet media. Continuation of the development of the Television division, especially with the introduction of NRJ Paris and the improvement of Internet services NRJ GROUP reduced its invest-ment in NRJ Mobile from 50% to 10%. Activity continued under licence. Change of management mode by adoption of the status of limited company with Board of Directors, and ap-pointment of Jean-Paul BAUDECROUX, main shareholder and founder of the Group, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Multimedia development continues: development of NRJ 12, launch of NRJ Hits and 7L stations (Montpellier) and planning for launch of NRJ Paris, development of Web-radios and roll-out of new version of Internet radio sites, launch of NRJ MOBILE subscription and C le Mobile offers, in mobile telephony

2006
First full year of development of the Group's new media, particularly television and mobile, in the context of the overall multimedia strategy. NRJ Production becomes NRJ GLOBAL. Launch of the first web radios.

Launch of NRJ 12, a national digital television channel - Launch of NRJ MOBILE, a mobile telephony virtual operator - Exceptional 15-month fiscal year following the change in balance-sheet date, which will coincide with the calendar year from 2006 onwards

NRJ acquires 49% of Hit Radio in Zurich - Creation of NRJ Events, the Group's event management agency

NRJ becomes France's leading radio station in terms of cumulative audience during the period September-October 2002
